Pomegranate Glazed Chicken Wings

I am super excited to share this simple and delicious chicken wing recipe that is uniquely sweet and tangy and a fun change up to traditional buffalo wings.
I am a big chicken wing fan. My original recipe for baked wings is my go-to whenever I am craving a fun appetizer or to watch a big game. This recipe is basically the same except that I use pomegranate molasses instead of Frank’s Red Hot sauce, which is my favorite for Buffalo style wings.
I also use the opportunity to garnish with chopped pistachios, pomegranate arils, and parsley to really Persian-ify the recipe.
Hope you give these fun wings a try. Enjoy!

- 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate arils (optional garnish)
- Few springs parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Lay wings in even layer on baking sheet without crowding.
- Season both sides of wings with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, turning wings every 10 minutes.
- Drizzle wings with pomegranate molasses and toss to coat. Optional garnish of chopped pistachios, fresh pomegranate arils, and parsley can be added for extra depth of flavor.

Notes
If using a convection oven the wings cook in half the time. Check them out when baking to ensure they don't get burned.
